Mom's New Rag Rug

My mom's birthday is in a couple weeks.  I wanted to make her a nice rug that she could use in her bathroom.  When I was looking for fabric a few months ago, I found the perfect color combination for her bathroom.  She approved the fabric and I got to work!

The rug is finally finished!

 My next rug project is for me!  It will be pink, orange, green, and purple....imagine that?!?!  Want a sneak peak?  Here it is!


 What should I do with the leftover fabric from my mom's rug?  Round, oval, or square?
